Yeah this week hubby has started walking on his left leg again.  Still hurts but not as bad.  He even did some steps. Won’t be long he will be doing 19 steps n he can come home.

I like having my own place.  Let him stay over there and clutter up his place lol.  Its all nice n neat here.  Just like I like it.  Right Cotton. Curtains look nice bedroom looks nice.  Well except for Cottons supplies.  Kitchen has room.  I can clean it easily.

Only problem.  That halogen light at the business behind us.  Lights up the place like a football field.  Doubling darkout curtains dont help.  I sleep with those elastic eyepatches.

Would love to keep breaking that bulb til they give up replacing it.  Or cover it with a couple of heavy dark laundry bags lol.  My luck they have cameras.  The light is there cuz they have a huge building with tools.  The business is the Highland Mint.  They make specialty coins.  So they want to protect their stuff.

          Glad hubby is doing better.

My hubby worked 3rd shift for a few years so he slept during the day. We got room darkening shades (they are pull down shades) for the bedroom. They work great. We kept them up even after he went back to day shift because the neighbor across the street started keeping their porch light on at night and it shines in our bedroom window.

Oh shades.  We have shades but I dont’ think they are room darkening.  It belongs to housing.  I doubt they would let me change them.  I would have to do it myself. Not very enthuaesed about that. Good idea tho.

Won’t help this time of year windows are open. I may look into that. Anyways.

Glad to hear your husband is getting better. I am also glad to hear you like your new place minus the light situation. I have to have my room dark as well to get a good night sleep. I have blinds and some blackout curtains but they don’t work well at all. I will look into the kind of shade JR is talking about.
