As I mentioned before,  Pete is in another of his little growth spurts.  This makes for a sometimes awkward bunny-boy, and I thought it may be fun to share some of these moments.

Last night we were sitting and watching TV, Zoey asleep on her floor pillow by my foot, and Pete snacking away next to the couch and drinking his apple water treat.  During a moment of quiet suspense in the program  there was a sudden panic of hay being thrown and crashing next to and behind the couch.  Pete came rushing out from behind the couch and stopped on the other side of the room, frozen for a moment, then proceeded to wash his face feverishly.  Apparently he has finally gotten large enough for his face to get stuck in his juice cup, which is precisely what happened.  The offending cup had been thrown so hard against the wall that I actually have a little pinky-nail sized dent in the dry wall above the molding.  I went over and rubbed his wet little nose and made sure he was okay.  It didn’t take long before he was back to his dinner salad like nothing had happened.

Yep, the ole cup stuck on the face can be pretty scary!
