Hey! Call me Bee
I’ve been lurking in the site for quite a while and eventually I decide to join the bunny slave society to share the awe and woes of bunny-caring I’m a 21 years old communication studies student, currently working on my thesis (sadly not bunny-related) and I’m taking care of my second bun! I had a bun when I was 14 but she died because I didn’t know how to take care of her (and mum insisted we should bathe her–yes, soak her. She died two days later after a bout of diarrhea. Lesson learned.) 
My new bun is Chito! She’s a 3 months old Dutch doe that I’ve taken care for a week or so. Armed with research, she’s healthy and binkying and doing laps everyday
I’m planning to have her spayed next Jan/Feb or probably this December but it’s kinda hard to find a bun-savvy vet around here and the one I found is superexpensive but I will get to it, I promise!Chito lives in a cage we keep on the backyard terrace and she has time to graze around in the small garden we have for 3 hours a day. If more, she’s going to turn to a garden potato and sit in the coolest part of the patch lazying around–or exploring the laundry part of the terrace–I’ve caught her trying to lick detergent one day and now I’m a super worrywart
She likes to explore and climb potted plants and I think you must not overestimate how Chito loves her apples–she goes crazy for them. I feed her timothy hay and pellets You can see how she looks like in my avatar I hope to find fellow bun parents around the world to ask advices/hang out with so we can all be better companions for our buns

Hi, MK! Thank you! Chito is a little sweetheart, yes (when she’s not slipping under shoeracks)
The terrace thing is working for her so far, but I think special attention should be given to potted plants and the like, because Chito likes to lay among them and making one side of her fur covered in the organic fertiliser we use :”D Aside from that, if the sun somehow gets to the area, I just throw a thin towel over her cage for extra shade
