So… My bunnies have always had a bit of a size difference, with Bunnito being the smaller of the two. But, now that a year and half has passed… Bunnito is quite noticably a lot smaller than Meatloaf. I am not sure if he was maybe the runt of the litter or she is just unusually large. She is also much more active and playful than he is. He’s so little n snuggly, but also skittish. Meatloaf can traverse the bare hardwood floors here where Bunnito just slides and freaks out. He also can’t jump out of the cage without getting a paw stuck… So he refuses to even try anymore. I have to lift him out, which never seems to really bug him. He also tends to follow me around when i have him out.

I dunno if he is having issues cause of his size or not, but I am glad he n I have bonded well. He’s my lil snuggler that loves to hop onto my tummy n snuggle til he has to pee XD

All bunnies have different personalities, so don’t be worried about that. I wouldn’t be too worried about size either, as long as your vet says they’re healthy.

I second Mocha, it’s the same with dogs from the same litter. One may be very brave and adventurous and another may be apt to remember stuff that was unpleasant. You test for these things when you do character tests on working dogs. There are specific terms for the aptitude towards remembering fears etc but I don’t have a clue what they are in English =/ But character-traits may vary quite a lot in the same litter, even if especially fear (and aggression although that doesn’t apply in your case) has strong heritability. You do get a mix of mum’s and dad’s chromosomes, not just one from each parent, they exchange segments as well.

If the vet says they’re healthy, I don’t think you should worry.

              Great names!

In my unqualified opinion, I think little ‘Rito will be fine.  Sounds like his personality.
