I wanted to find a gf for my bunny because I would love to have another one and read that they are happier with a friend.

I took my neutered boy bun on a first date with a sweet spayed girl bun and he was really aggressive. He mounted
Her and nipped her neck and she really didn’t like it. He chased after her to mount her and she was scared. The person monitoring the date said it went poorly and that they weren’t a good match.

He’s a cute bunny but he is very grumpy and not very affectionate…though he will sit still for pets.

Is it possible that he may be happier by himself? He is a bit aggressive and grumpy…is there a certain personality he might like more? Not sure if I should pursue this after seeing how traumatized that poor little girl bunny was.

Humping is a part of the bonding process. Just because he was humping her does not mean they are unbondable. It would definitely require some extra effort though. It sounds like he is a very dominant bunny. So if you want to try a different potential friend, I would see if you can find a submissive yet tolerant bunny. One that won’t be freaked out by the humping.
