I have been considering moving myself and my bunny. The new place has a radiator that is exposed and supposedly gets very warm. I’m worried that my curious bun, who btw is free roaming and does not have a cage, might burn himself or might just overheat in general from the warmth emitted from the radiator. Any ideas as to how to protect him?

I just checked and seen that they sell covers for them online. I have seen people build them too. Some people don’t like the look of them. I have had radiators in the past they can get pretty hot. If you don’t want to buy one maybe block it off with an xpen or something like that perhaps.

Depending on the size of the radiator a couple of Xpen panels can be used to isolate the danger. Heat can still get through but bunny can’t get in. He’ll only stay close to the heat if he wants to be warm, if he is to hot he will move to a cool spot.
