        hello

so I use this recycled newspaper pellet litter inside my rabbits litter box. the problem is that she keeps eating the litter. I put hay on top and it seems to help a bit but she still continues to eat it. I was wondering if the newspaper litter is bad for her? and what are some ways to stop her from eating her litter?

        thank you

The paper-based litters and paper pelleted litters are safe for bunnies to consume, so don’t worry. Putting a layer of hay should help, but to prevent this from happening too much you could also look into getting a litterbox screen. They sell them in the BinkyBunny store, but you can also find them elsewhere or find similar materials to build your own.

they can eat the paper based products, but you should monitor them so that they don’t eat too much
