I’ve had Zorro for 11 days now and he is now 10 and a half weeks old. Since we got him he has seemed really outgoing and always hopping over to I see what treats we have and loving a stoke from me. I thought he was pretty much litter trained as he seemed to go in his litter box and in his puppy pen only. He then started doing the odd poo outside (maybe one or toe each day, and his gate is open pretty much all day). Here’s a picture of his typical house after 24 hours (just before cleaning).

(Couldn’t upload on profile as website seems weird on ipad)

I want to know if I should be getting him to only go in the litter box and if so how do I do this? I know I’ve to limit his space but how do I initiate the only going in the litter box? I started putting hay on top of his box as he seems to enjoy this, should I stop? He seems to pull all hay from hay feeder into the litter box that’s why I did this. Also if I’ve to limit his space does he get play time outside his pen? I have read up on different websites about this but I’m still a bit unsure exactly how to do this.

Also in the past few days he seems to not want to be stroked. It’s not like I grab him every time he comes near and I only picked him up twice in the time I’ve had him as I thought he was in danger (he didn’t like it! Surprise surprise). Does anyone know why this could be? Also in the last couple of days during this no stroke time he seems to pretty much stay in his pen or in that room (kitchen) whereas he used to hang with us in the living room. He seems only interested in us for food and as soon as phe susses there is none he’s back home.

        Any suggestions?
