So we might be moving very soon. I need help! here are some questions:

        1. what is better flooring for the room Moxie will be in: Carpet or unpolished soft wood flooring?

        2. How can I make all of this very un-stressfull for her?

        3. How do I know the room she is in is COMPLETELY disinfected and how long should it take for cleaning chemicals to air out?

        4. Can a rabbit even be in a house that is getting painted?

        5. And any more tips you wanna give me!

I’ll probably find more things to add later. Thanks in advance!

(I don’t know if this helps at all but we’d be moving next month if everything goes well)

            1. Unpolished soft wood flooring. Personally, my bun likes to chew on the carpet fibers. Or even tile would work (easy pee clean up.) If your bun doesn’t like hard floor, you can use some bathroom rugs.

            2. Try setting her cage up similarly to how it was at your old place. Give her the same toys, maybe add in a new one.. That way something is usual. Make sure you give your bun extra love while she is getting use to the area.

            3. I would probably wait a couple of days (but I am kind of a worry wart.. I’m sure after a day and night it would be fine.. But hey, better safe than sorry.)

            4. It’s fine, but you want to keep the bunny FAR away from the paint smell.. Say if you were painting the bottom floor, keep her on the top floor. Keep a fan circulating fresh air both in the place you are painting and in her room.

Hopefully that helped.. I don’t really have any other tips besides that.. Good luck
