        Hey guys

I’m just wondering, my bunny biscuit has been hopping and walking around the house on his left hind legs and front but his right hind leg is lifted and he doesn’t push off on it, he’s still his normal self, hopping and jumping but it just worried me that somethings wrong with his right hind leg. Does anybody know what’s wrong with him?

Amber, you need to get him looked at by a vet. It could be any number of things and he is most likely in pain… Odds are good it will only require medication but if left untreated it could lead to all sorts of problems.

Well my mum thinks he’s sprained his leg but she also said if he’s not better by next Saturday, well take him to vets, he shows no pain or anything, just a little strange

If he’s holding his leg up and not putting weight on it, I think it’s safe to say he’s in pain. This doesn’t sound like a wait and see thing to me.

Showing no signs of pain doesn’t mean he’s not in pain. Rabbits are pray animals and not showing signs of weakness and vulnerability is a very deeply ingrained instinct.
