I have two house rabbits. I want them outside, but one keeps digging out of the run. They pee in the litter box 99.9% of the time and poop in about 30% of the time. I wake up every morning to poop everywhere. I can’t take it anymore! I tried a dog kennel with their litter box but they freaked out when we shut the door. What else can I do?

Are they fixed? Keep picking up the poos and putting them in the litterbox while they’re watching, and they’ll eventually get the idea to go in the litterbox.

You want them to LIVE outside? I wouldn’t reccomend that. They’ll be much friendlier and in better healthy living inside.

Yes yes, I agree with Mocha. When i trained my baby whenever she pooped outside of her box I would pick up her poop and pick her up, say no that’s bad, then put her and the poop in the box. She got it eventually. Actually as soon as I was in your spot and said I couldn’t take it anymore thats right when she got it. Don’t give up!
And YES, I could not agree more. You should bring those babies inside! There are so many reasons bunnies shouldn’t live outside. The elements and critters outside could harm them, or scare them literally to death- which unfortunately is possible with bunnies. They will be much more friendlier and happier inside. I hear people say well they live outside in the wild but that is a completely different kind of bunny. It’s like house dogs are indeed a descendant of the wolf but dogs these days live inside (at least the ones that are properly take care of). I have a friend that has three rabbits that live outside in horrible conditions and I just PRAY that she sees what she’s doing because that is no life for these little babies. I don’t know how your bunnies live but all I can say is please consider it
