Awesome ink! I don’t have any tattoos myself. I can’t think of anything I’d want on me when I’m 80 lol

I’m with BrunosMama. I do like the bunny. I sent my son the link so he could see your tatt. He has one of an ouroboros and one of part of an owl holding an hourglass (don’t ask!). Wish he had punted the owl and got something like yours. Did you design it?

I don’t have any yet. But I am planning to get a paisley rabbit somewhere and a set of dog paw prints on my wrist in the near future. I love your tattoo it is very creative!

@I Love Lops & @BrunosMama: Thank you! Also, I have been thinking long and hard about it because I don’t want to end up not liking it in 10 or 15 years, so I picked something that symbolizes something I like and makes me happy, rabbits and dogs. I was supposed to get a tattoo last year in September for my birthday and I had been looking for at least a year before that, but I couldn’t decide on the perfect one, and I finally decided on something like this about two months ago and got it designed.

@JackRabbit That actually sounds pretty cool. And nah, I found a cat and a wolf one somewhat similar to this and basically posted on facebook and said “Can someone do this, only with a rabbit and a wolf?” and one of my friends designed it for me, then the tattoo artist touched it up a bit after I gave him what was basically a prototype of what I wanted.

I didn’t even see the wolf! That’s pretty neat!

@MoxieMeadows Yepp, I wonder if I should have got it sideways because a lot of people I’ve shown it to before I got it didn’t see the wolf until I pointed out, but it’s too late now, and I like it either way. Also, thanks!

@BunnyBrigade: Thank you, and I’ve kinda just been lurking, I haven’t had much to say lately.

Naaaah, this way is better. If it were sideways, somehow it would seem like the wolf was chasing the rabbit and we couldn’t have that! This way the bun is clearly the one in control, just how they like to be. It’s perfect just the way it is!

@JackRabbit: Good point! The buns are always the ones in control!

Ok, I think I worked it out – the tattoo is on your left shoulder blade on your back? AND yes – I can see the wolf too – though I saw the bunny straight away, good for you! Like JR’s son, my son (22 now, but 20 at the time) got a tattoo on his forearm – roses (coloured in) and a paintbrush (he designed his), plus a few words….. I don’t mind it, but wouldn’t like it if he covered his body in tat’s – I’m one of those ‘how will it look when your body ages and sag’s’? Ha ha ha!

One thing I found funny…. he had ‘Lorraine’ tattooed on his upper outside arm when he was 18 in memory of his Grandma and Great Grandma (and eventually me and his older sister, ha ha ha!), and then I worried when he met a girl, would she think that’s an ex’s name??? And cause trouble for him?
All good – he is getting engaged this month (good grief!), LOL!

                                  PS – I’m a bunny/dog person tooooo! Cheers.

That’s a great tattoo! My next will definitely be a bunny but it’s probably going to be a while. Tattoos are pretty expensive here. I like black and white tattoos and I’d love to have one that is not too cutesy. Would love a horse one too.

I haven’t gotten a tattoo in years, but the ones I do have are a big Egyptian Ankh design on my lower back and two black stars on both my hips.

My tattoo when I first got it. The lotus symbolizes growth because a lotus blossoms and grows from dirty water. It is often referred as a symbol of prosperity, spirituality, and eternity. I personally got it because I am a better person even though my past may not be all sunshine and rainbows. The ohm (or om) is considered the sound of the universe when it was created. This is the sound that the stereotypical person makes while meditating. It pretty represents everything, it is said to be the seed of all creation. As you may of been able to tell, this tattoo was strongly influence by hinduism. I got it while I was reading the Bhagavad Gita (which is known as a sacred text of Hinduism). Although it’s a sacred text of hinduism, the lessons and words in the book is something anyone of all religions could read. Many famous people from the past have said everyone should read it. Anyways this is my first tattoo and I hope to get a few more
