        My rabbit Evie was eating with my male rabbit Sienna. (They’re bonded.) then she suddenly starts running around the room thumping?! No noises could have scared her it’s so quiet.

              Maybe he didn’t care about the noise but she did. Sometimes there seems to be no explanation for thumping that we humans can see…

                Yep, doesn’t sound like excited thumping or disapproval thumping (since she ran around) so there must have been imminent danger that you simply were not aware of!

                    This is something that happened to me yesterday. However 2 buns were running thru the house thumping and one bun was just sitting quietly munching hay. I was like what the hee haw is going on! lol.
