Hello again BB, since I am moving locations as i’ve mentioned before, the new place is a major size difference than my old home. At my old home (where I am now) there is a big room that fits Alfies xpen and everything. But in the new home in which I am moving to soon, there is suitable place for an XPEN. There is room for other things, but the Xpen is sortve last on my parents list  My bedroom isn’t big enough for his big xpen and the only other available place is the basement and furnace room. That shouldn’t be a problem right? Wrong. If Alfie is in the basement, he is in the room with the tv and large speakers. And trust me, my family members like to watch loud action movies. And the furnace room, well. That’s where the kitty litter is and it’s also basically in the same room of the tv. What to do? I’ve run out of ideas! Maybe I can squeeze his pen in my room but if not… Where will Alfie go? Definitely not the garage. Sorry for the long post-just had to get this off my chest and maybe someone has an idea!

You can free range him in your room. Have you tried every possible shape for his x-pen. Is there any hallway in the house? What about the living room (behind the couch). What about the kitchen.

Since he’s your rabbit, I would just free range him in your room.

If all else fails, I would choose the furnace room, as long as the furnace and pipes is COMPLETELY blocked off with a barrier he can’t jump. Does it have a door? or a window? he can get used to the TV, just ask your family to keep the sound to a reasonable level at least the first couple weeks.

Free ranging in my room is not the best idea since the flooring is that type of stringy carpet (I’ve tried free ranging him in my room at the old house but he tries to eat the stringy things). I also do not trust my cats so Alfie needs to be in his xpen when i’m not there for protection.

When I’m thinking about it, I may be able to squeeze him in my room. As long as I know the furnace room might be okay I have less anxiety about this whole thing, haha. Yes the furnace room has a door but I wouldn’t be able to close it due to the cats needing to get to litter. Thanks for all your help guys!
