Anybody ever hear of a bunny licking a hardwood floor? My Leia is crazy about this hardwood floor in the place we moved into and I’m afraid to clean it because she’s always licking it!

If you just moved in, I would wonder what it has been cleaned with previously that makes it so tasty. I would give it a good mopping with plain water, and see if the licking continues. What were you planning on cleaning it with?

Vinegar water works well on hard wood floors, and would be completely harmless to your bunny. My bunny likes to lick the hardwood floor, but only when one of my kids have spilled something yummy on it.

On second thought, I would DEFINETELY clean the hard wood floor with vinegar water. Some of the wood floor polishes and cleaners are almond or orange scented. While they might smell very good to a rabbit, I doubt they would be very healthy for them to consume.

Ok, I will use the vinegar water. Was planning on Murphy’s oil, but not anymore, lol! Thanks every bun!
