So today I finally introduced my bunny Gorgi to Link (also a bunny) they are both about the same size and they seemed to like each other at first. Cleaned each other’s furs and drank from the same bowl. But just now I noticed that Gorgi keeps running away from Link though they seemed fine the first couple hours together. I was thinking it was like a game… But I am not sure. Any help? Thanks!!

He may be intimidated by Link. How long have they been together? If this is the first bonding session, it may be a good idea to stop now, and let them cool down before the session tommarow.

I guessed so. I’m keeping their cages close together, is that smart? I fear one of them will get hurt or something. I’m a worry wuss haha

If they don’t seem stressed with each other nearby, you can keep them in sight of one another, just make sure to leave a few inches between their pens so they can’t bite each other through the bars.

Truly they seem… Uninterested in each other. Which in a way worries me because I don’t want to get rid of neither of them if they don’t get along.

Uninterested is great, especially for the first session. It could be WAY worse. Don’t worry about it too much.

I just checked on them and they were each doing their own thing c:

The fact that Link is “new” and he is getting used to his surroundings I guess also adds to the strange factor Hahah. Thanks though❤ c:
