But I thought my doe had cancer. Looked like she had two large lumps on her body. I took her to the vet and after spending on consultation fees, the vet confirmed those two lumps are just her nipples…

OMG! Is she pregnant? did the vet say it was unusual, but healthy? It must be a relief. If she hasn’t been spayed yet, I’d get an appt. for that right away. I’m wondering if her hormones are causing the enlargement.

Perfectly normal. It just slipped my mind female rabbits have nipples just like humans…

LOL – I am laughing like a crazy person here!!!! So… absolutely did this with my male cat. They didn’t look like “normal” nipples and he was SO hairy… I’d never had another cat before. I felt like the biggest idiot and I am SURE the vet’s office had a good laugh at my expense. I know my husband (who was traveling for work at the time) he sure did. lol

I remember freaking out when I found strange bumps (nipples) on my male G Pig!

Lol! We have had more than one question about this in the past! It’s easy to forget that they need to be able to feed their babies too! I’m glad she’s okay!
