I know that you say bunnies will “binky” when they are happy….but how can I know if she jumping because she is happy or mad? I swear sometimes she is sitting doing nothing and then all of a sudden does crazy laps around my room jumping and kicking. Or is that just a random burst of energy?

Also… She lets me pet her, scratch behind the ears or play with her ears. She only seems to pull away if I do it too long or accidentally poke wrong. Sometimes she will even let me stroke her, like a cat. But how can I tell if she likes this or is simply just tolerating? Or is there no real way to know? Guess I cant expect you to be able to read minds  I just dont want to overstep her little bunny boundaries.

She is doing what we typically call “bunny 500’s.” It is a happy/excited/energetic behavior, definitely not an angry one.
I don’t think she would let you pet her if she was just “tolerating” it. Happy “petting behaviors” would be tooth purring, closing their eyes, or flattening out to be pet.

I love the bunny 500s “I am sleeping…sleeping…drowsing… OMG LETS RUN AROUND LIKE CRAZY THINGS … ok back to sleeping”

Bunnies don’t usually tolerate us, unless they have no choice (being held). So, probably likes it.
