I have a 3 month old holland lop, Gizmo, and a 3 1/2 month old holland, Thumper and I was wondering………… what are some good treats for them. We tried carrots, but they didnt seem interested.?

Usually you have to offer something a few times before they’ll take it so definitely keep trying carrots. Bananas, craisins and raisins are big hits at my house.
You’ll want to stay clear of almost any off the shelf ‘rabbit treat’-most have nuts, dairy and other stuff rabbits shouldn’t have-fruit in small amounts (like an inch of banana) is plenty and really wholesome as a treat

Craisins are definitely a favorite with my Holland Lop. Also, freeze dried bananas.

Craisins and BANANA! Henry can be asleep in the other room and as soon as the hubby ‘peels’ the banana he is right at his feet saying “share”!

LOL! If it wasn’t for bunny treats, Henry would never hang with me (YES! 2 seconds IS hanging out with me!). Ha ha ha ha ha…….

KK is right. Sometimes it takes a few tries before bunnies will venture to try something new. Wooly was hilarious when I first presented him with a piece of banana. He wrinkled his nose, almost in disgust it seemed. He did this during several tries, refusing the banana each time. Then one day, he decided to give it a taste. Now he goes bonkers for it.
