I noticed it says adult bunnies only on the description just today, and I’ve been giving them as treats. He’s approximately 7 months old.

At what age are they considered adult?

I think you should be fine. Reading the description, it says the oats contain small amounts of nervines, which are (I believe) commonly known for their tendency to calm people down. (somebody correct me if I am wrong) This may be harmful to baby bunnies in small amounts, but I think as long as you just give them as a treat you should be ok.
Bunnies are adults at 6-12 months, but it depends on the breed.
