I’ve noticed Remy sway when she’s sitting or looking around. Being a Californian, she has red eyes. PEW rats sway due to having a hard time swing with red eyes, is this what Remy is doing?

Most likely – they call it scanning I think.

It’s not a behaviour I’ve ever seen with lagomorphs, but I had rats for a number of years, I noticed the albinos would sway when they were observing their surroundings… I just assumed it was to aid figuring out depth perception, and, especially with the slightly awkward positioning of bun eyes, it makes sense for some of them to do it, too from time to time, I guess.

Sarita nailed it… Scanning and it is something REWs do… Several of my girls do it… Almost imperceptible but its there. There is an old thread about it somewhere.

Yep, he’s just scanning. My babies do it too.
                Do you have ratties?

I used to, LEL. I haven’t been able to go there again after losing my heart rat. Too hard. ):
