My bun is laying in his cage (it’s open, but now is his nap time and he likes laying there) with his ears back, not touching though, and in the meatloaf position. Is this normal? He doesn’t appear to be scared at all.

Very normal! He might be sleeping actually. Rabbits can sleep with their eyes open.

My rabbit does this a lot as well. I agree it seems pretty normal.

bunnys behave very similarly to cats i’ve found, Merlin spends about 75% of his day in a sunbeam in the loaf position! Dont worry. The golden rule is, if he’s eating, drinking, pooping and playing, he’s absolutely fine.
