I agree with Sarita and LBJ. I wanted to add that “unlimited pellets” doesn’t always have to mean their bowl is never empty.
When I had baby bunnies I used to fill a bowl in the morning, let them run out in the afternoon and fill the bowl again in the evening (it would run out overnight), repeat. The empty bowl time can encourage them to eat more hay.
