Is he/she a mini lop or holland. i have a few pics and know it may be hard to help me but id appreciate any feedback thanks! How will i know when its time to take him/her to vet to be fixed as i dont know the true age??

I always get my pets from the shelter, but what’s done is done. A lot of animals from pet stores (not all) are usually sick in some way so I would take him/her to the vet as soon as possible. Choose a good rabbit vet in your area. They will be able to sex the rabbit and determine when the best time to fix it is.
You can get an estimated age by looking at the color of the rabbits teeth. If they are white, it is a young rabbit, if they are yellow tinted, then it is probably an older rabbit. This is not always accurate.
It looks like a gray rabbit but I can’t be positive from the pictures.
I’m not sure on this but to me, it looks more like a holland lop than a mini lop.
          Hope I helped!

Take your bunny to the vet for a wellness checkup ASAP, it’s always a good precaution (especially when you are unsure of their background) and the vet can tell you a guesstimate on age and when they think it’ll be a good time to schedule the appointment for spay/neuter.

It’s always a good idea to get a well visit including a fecal test done for a new bunny. Not all vets can treat rabbits so make sure you find one that is rabbit savvy (usually “exotic vets”).

The HRS has some vet listings on their website that might help:

                    What a precious little baby!

I agree that he/she looks like a Holland lop.

Very cute, I’d guess Holland too!
