OUR FORUM IS UP BUT WE ARE STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF UPDATING AND FIXING THINGS.  SOME THINGS WILL LOOK WEIRD AND/OR NOT BE CORRECT. YOUR PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED.  We are not fully ready to answer questions in a timely manner as we are not officially open, but we will do our best.

Even if I pet her she’d hop to my leg or back and start digging me. Only does this to my clothes. If I lift up my trousers she’d try to reach it, and if I block her with my hand she won’t dig my hand. She’s over 5 months old, not spayed, hasn’t been honking or circling me or spraying. Is the digging just playing with me? Last time I trimmed her nails were 16th May and it’s not that sharp yet. She’s got unlimited pellets, hay, water.  I heard it takes longer than 6 months for a large rabbit breed to reach maturity.

Ha ha I love it when they do that…mostly. I know it hurts but it’s so weird. No idea why they do it though. Sorry.

Lionel does it for attention. He also just enjoys digging.

It may depend. My girl loves to dig. But she only dug at us when she was younger and before she was spayed. Now that she is fixed, she doesn’t do it. I would see what your vet has to say about when to get her spayed. =]
