I used to live in a house with carpeted floor and my bunnies did not have access to under my bed. They were always out in my room and used to binky at least twice a week.

I moved to a flat at the beginning of the year, this flat has tiled floors and the bunnies can get under my bed. I have not seen them binky since I moved in and they spend the majority of the time hiding from me.

They are both spayed girls who are turning 2 at the end of the year.

How do I get them to be more affectionate and happy?

They can’t get the traction to binky. Perhaps a large area rug will make them feel better? Also very new surroundings. Can take some time to get used to everything

My bunnies only binky on our living room rug. Very difficult to binky on slippery floor. Maybe get them a little rug for play time?

Mine will only binky on carpet. I have a large area rug for them in their room which is hardwood, so they can get traction to comfortably move around.
