I have three bunnies. I got Pookie first and I successfully potty trained her. Then i got Charlie who was fully potty trained as well. Are they having poop wars or something? Because they just poop all over the place now, even when one is in their cage and the other is out. They both have separate litter boxes as well. Will I have to retrain them or are their hormones just out of whack or is it the new change of new bunny? (Both are fixed) I’ve tried restricting their freedom, but that doesn’t work. Clean up is annoying, but my bunnies are house bunnies so I can’t be separated from them by herding them into their cage for too long. I’d miss them too much. But I’d  been having to do that lately.

They might be having territory wars, but it certainly wouldn’t hurt to do some re-training. Both of my rabbits are litter trained, but I still occasionally give them a treat immediately after using their litter box as an extra little reward/thank you.
