Hi all.   We are new bunny owners as of last night.  We have 2 lionhead mix that are 7 weeks old. I am frogprincess.

We have not named our rabbits yet.. although we have been trying hard to nothing seems to fit just yet. Our friends found 2 domestic bunnies dumped in a parking lot at work.  It took a while for them to get the bunnies to come to them so they could take them home and after about 2 weeks they had 5 kits.  We took 2 of the 5 and look forward to a lot of fun with them.  They have seen a vet and the vet thinks they are both girls.  We are aware that females don’t get along always when they are older so we have the ability to separate them but for now they are together to make this transition to the new home less stressful.. I hope.

Hi and welcome! If you post pics, maybe we could give you some name suggestions? (or you could tell us the colors)

Welcome! It would be nice to see some pics of your rabbits and learn more about them.

That myth that females do not get along is untrue. Any intact rabbits will fight because of hormones. Once they are spayed/neutered they should be able to be bonded. They will likely fight when they reach puberty, when they need to be spayed.
Welcome to BB, thank you for saving your bunnies, I can’t wait to see your bunnies!
