Wondering if anyone knows what might be going on with Liam’s front foot? His inside toe (not the dewclaw) seems to be swollen or maybe even a bit raw. I know it’s bothering him because he holds it up off the ground when he sits for a while; he still hops on it though. I can’t be sure how sensitive/painful it is because he jerks it away when I touch it (even ever so lightly) but he’s awful at being held/touched anyway, so it’s not a terribly good indicator of anything haha.

He does have sore hocks (/scars? /scabs? -they’re not raw) on both his hind feet from before I adopted him, but this seems different. Bedding/substrate: coroplast hutch base, cardboard box that he and Merida have been happily bunstructing the last week or two, hay, screens in the litter boxes (from Binky Bunny).

Awful pictures taken with my phone and a tiny mirror, while Liam was somewhat distracted by pellets:

        My poor bun:

My rabbits have sometimes gotten a callous like this – that’s what this looks like to me.
