So last night I was making Guacamole. My son was throwing stuff away for me and apparently dropped an Avocado pit on the floor not knowing. About 5 min later I walk around the breakfast bar to see Lola licking it. I have no clue if any was ingested. Anyway I frantically started searching online to sadly read that Avocado can be fatal:/

No vet avail over the weekend here. So…I cuddled her and put her to bed with cookie. This morning she is acting strange and I’m sick to my stomach over the thought she could pass. And knowing she could be in pain kills my heart:*(

She has earen hay and pellets today. She’s still poop & peeing. But all day she has stayed in her bed or house or under my bed. This is absolutely not Lola. She loves to play, binky, follow me around. Today she just lays down and stares at me.

I truly love these bunnies like my children and I’m beside myself…

Thank u so much for the info! I’m happy to report that Lola is back to her old self It was a verrrry long day just holding her and hoping for the best. Please be aware that Avocado is very dangerous and I’m lucky she didn’t ingest more.
