        Hi all,

I have a male (neutered) rabbit 26/11/13 called Barney and a female (unneutered) rabbit 16/01/14 called Zoe.
I am trying to bond them. They could see each other through cages for just over a month while Barney was recovering from being neutered.

They have now been introduced. There was no fighting at all and they ignored each other in favour of food mostly.
I don’t know what to do now though as they seem to just keep ignoring each other apart from when Barney tries to mount Zoe (who runs away)

What can I do to get them to be more friendly?!

        Thanks

Do you have plans to have Zoe spayed when she’s old enough (I can’t remember how old that is – probably soon)? Once her hormones kick in, it will probably be very hard (and not recommended) to try and bond them until after she’s spayed and had a few weeks to let her hormones die down.

Yes, Zoe will be spayed at the end of June when she is old enough ☺️
