If a bunny does eat and/or poop for 12 hours, go to the vet.
Your rabbit NEEDS hay. Can you buy it by the flake or bale from a feed store, buy it from a pet shop or order online?

Also what kind of lettuce, Iceberg lettuce can make them very sick but the others lettuces are OK.
Is there any place around you where horses are kept, they would have hay or a suitable substitute if you are somewhere hay is not available/grown.
