Hey there, I normally browse this site as I am a first time bunny owner and probably a bit over protective of my wee man!
Basically tonight during cuddles I have discovered a lump and a coupla tiny ones next to it on my bunnys outer ear. He is happy and healthy other wise and is a house rabbit. Today I treated him with spot on and I will book him into vets tomorrow, but I’m so worried!! I have hopefully attached a photo, (newbie!) hopefully you can put my mind at ease! He is my baby boy, and is meant to be getting his boy bits chopped soon, he needs to be in tip top condition before I will let them operate! <3 thanks in advance x

I am sure he is fine. I would go to the vet when you can, but he will be ok until then.

I notice that on my bun, but it hasn’t gotten worse so I haven’t pursued it. Another rabbit I have had ears really covered with bumps but topical gentamicin from the vet took care of it well.

              Could it be a papilloma?

Do the bumps feel solid or are they filled with fluid? How big are they exactly? Do they seem to be painful when touched or lightly pressed? How fast have they developed? Does your rabbit itch them?
