i remodeled callie’s cage today. i laid down tarp and put two 2′ x 4′ pieces of plywood on top. then i put those sticky backed laminate squares. then i used binder clips to attach the xpen to the wood bottom. i threw some blankets and straw mats in there for traction. i put a second level in too. i put a few 1″ x 4′ pieces of wood between the bars and laid a 1.5′ x 4′ piece of plywood on top. that got covered in fleece for snuggling! i think it’s pretty well bunny proofed, but i’m sure callie will let me know what i missed!!
