So Theo is my first rabbit and he is 8 months old and I have never had to punish him but today when I was out playing with him he kept going in the corner (With all the bugs that I really need to clean ) I tried blocking it off but he keeps finding a way to it. He kept going to it and i kept picking him up and moving him ( He does not like being picked up so you can guess he was not a happy bun-bun ) He would not stop and I got so frustrated O_o So I picked him up and put him in the cage I know I am probably overreacting but I am just scared of him not liking me which he will probably forget about it tomorrow I am just scared he wont like me or something  Do you think I did the right thing or should I have just kept picking him up and moving him I know I am overreacting but I have never punished him before :'(

        Thanks

        Anne

I’ve found that a “time out” can work sometimes. They will often “forget” about whatever it was for awhile. That is, until the rediscover it and think you’re not watching this time. Can you block it by putting something heavy there? That was the only way to stop Leopold from chewing this one spot on the carpet. I put something heavy there that he couldn’t move. He eventually forgot about it.
