I’m trying to mix up the veggies my bun gets in the morning along with her greens. Can she eat sweet peppers? They aren’t bell peppers they are the kind you buy in a bag that come in yellow, red, and orange. Just want to be safe, thanks!

I would suggest you read this article and this list about rabbit safe greens/veggies:

          http://rabbit.org/suggested-vegetables-and-fruits-for-a-rabbit-diet/

Make sure you read the whole article and not just the list – bell peppers are listed at the bottom by the way as safe to eat.

Okay, thank you for the article, I can use as much info as I can get about safe foods. But, I don’t think sweet peppers are bell peppers? I think they are slightly different..

Oh, okay – I do think though they are in the same family – some sort of hybrid. I know I’ve bought those for myself before and they are smaller than bell peppers but I’ve never shared them with my rabbits.

Bell pepper and sweet pepper are pretty much interchangeable I think.

Yeah, I would think so too. So you think it’s safe to share with bun? Haha, can ya tell I’m a little paranoid and cautious about what I feed Mosley? Thanks for all your help

Yes, it’s safe. Just a small bit to start out with though – it should only be a small portion or even a treat.
