has anyone tried Harrington’s optimum rabbit food? my bun is 3 and hes been on martin’s timothy hay pellets, (1/4 c. per day) and i decided to try something new today, hes almost completely out of his regular food, so i thought tonight id try 1 tablespoon martins pellets and a tablespoon of the new harringtons kind. how long should i do this half and half thing ? i really hope this harringtons food is high quality, i wouldnt want to feed my bunny crappy pellets that arent good for him.

I wouldn’t use the Harringtons. The first ingredient is wheat, which rabbis cannot digest easily. It also contains corn and alfalfa, which are fattening. Yeast and fruit…eh.
I would stay on the Martin’s if you can, for what I have seen, they are much healthier.
