  Press the blue “Reply” button. Then go to the bottom of the page to the tab that says “attachments.” Open that up, then hit “browse.” Find your photos, then attach. You can also copy and paste or Attach from photobucket.

  Just adding to LEL’s instructions, with attach feature, make sure the photos you are uploading are no bigger then 300kb. You’ll need to resize them in a photo editing program if so.
  I use MS Paint as it seems simplest way. I resize there then save as a new file.
  
  Once you’ve uploaded the file in the attachment bar, click on the Insert pic icon. The picture will appear wherever your cursor is placed.

  I dont know that much about computers :p but it wont let me put pictures on here because it said that the picture has to be 500 KB i have made it smaller and bigger but it is not working. What is wrong??
