I have a paper bag that I was hoping to make a toy out of, but it has black and red printing on it.  It claims to be in uber-environmental water-based ink, which I think is safe, but I’d like to confirm it.

Hi, Diamond. Sorry no one responded sooner. I always go with inkless bags just to be safe. I buy a 50 pack of them at my local dollar store and make treat bags for my buns.
