I can’t stop laughing at Sassy, M&M and BB. I had them out in the living room when I went and got myself a glass of homemade wine. Well, being bunnies they had to have a sniff and lick the rim of the glass (not enough to get an actual drink) All three took one lick, backed up and sat there thumping at the glass of wine. LOL I can only imagine what they were thinking “Stoopid human, went and ruined all our grapes.” Or something along those lines. (They doe get a few of the grapes when they are fresh for treats.)

Lol this was too funny! I love the bunny attitude when they come across something they disapprove of

I’m with you BM, grapes are for wine! LOL! The bunny’s should think themselves lucky that you SPARE one or 2 for them? Too funny! Cheers.

Mine do like their grapes. Not sure how they would react to wine.

                Lol.
Sorry they weren’t more appreciative of your hard work! Oh well, all the more for you to drink. : )

I did read their review in the weekly Lagomorph Wine Journal.

“Decanted, this wine held much promise. Enticing with its fruity bouquet and delicate with a hint of meadow flowers. However, it performed a thump-worthy affront on the palate, being overly sour and astringent. We’ll leave this one for the less discerning consumer.” Rating: 5 Foot Flicks.

Lol. Mine loses it oven wine. He goes insane trying to get some. I have to hold it high above my head if I drink it now, and it all began when he took a lick of my empty wineglass. He has a real problem. He also tries to get drinks of any fruit juice I have. He’s addicted to anything sweet.

Haha I agree with the bunnies. Wine’s not my thing..

hahaha too funny! And I love the “review” jerseygirl. Mine haven’t had wine, but pre-bonding Liam had access to the recycling pile and would lick the rim of hard cider bottles (Rated: 1 out of 5 Foot Flicks, because there wasn’t enough left for him!) (Their bonding bin has since been re-assigned as a much needed recycling bin lol)

                          Love the review, Jerseygirl.

We make our own wine since we grow plenty of grapes.

They do eat the homemade applesauce, but that’s just cooked apples that have been put through the food mill with a small amount of citric acid added (preservative).

Hubby made a home made pumpkin pie the other night and Simba (a 12 lb flemmie) jumped up on my lap, attacked my plate and practically tried to crawl into my mouth to get some! I think we’ve found his bunny crack!

That’s just way too funny! But I’m with Diamond and Blue Moods buns. Fermented grapes just don’t do anything for me. Give me a good fizzy Coke any day. The buns do like watered down juice on a hot day though
