        hey everyone!

i’m looking for some tips on bunny foods that are good for bunny’s digestive health! i’ve had my lionhead for a few months, and things are going great. i am nervous when it is gonna come time to shed his coat. are there any specific foods/veggies that you have noticed are good for your bunny’s digestive system? he gets plenty of hay, exercise, water and veggies as it is. just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. i’m concerned with preventing any stasis or wool block, as he has a very thick coat. any tips appreciated

            Yup, lots of hay!!!

Also want to add that during a shed, daily grooming will help minimize the fur that gets ingested.

papaya tablets help with hairballs. They are especially important for lionheads since rabbits can’t cough hairballs up and they might get stuck in their system, the papaya helps dissolve the material that holds hairballs together. you can get papaya tablets here
