Has anyone given their bunny a cardboard cat scratcher to dig/chew/shred/destroy?

Zeus and Hera’s birthdays are coming up and I got them each one, they were on sale at the pet store for $5/each.  I thought the bunnies would like to play with them, I won’t be using the catnip of course.

For reference, here’s what I’m talking about: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images…SY300_.jpg

I was just talking about that in the habitats and toys section! LOL

My buns love them, particularly Leopold. =)

I have a cardboard castle uses those cat scratchers as walls and flooring. Mine just ignores them lol and chews up the normal cardboard panels.

Moving to Habitat and Toy Section – more appropriate there.

I bought my Flemish giant a cat cardboard scratcher house. He loved it, but I’m noticing he is eating the thick corrugated panels rather than just the regular flat cardboard panels? Is this okay? I’m nervous it contains some sort of glue…and when I research this I get both yes and no …
