I thought I would show you around Alfies home, so here it is!

This is Alfies bed, as you can see, it needs a bit of a wash

This is Alfies litter box / hay haven.

Next is his chewing / eating / drinking place. It’s in between the two boxes.

Here is an overview of the entire cage (sorry it’s a bit dark)

These are the pellets Alfie eats (1/8 cup a day of OxBow Essentials for Adult Rabbits), and his hay (unlimited 24/7)

If you see anything wrong, or have any ideas for me, please reply. I’m always in need of some guidance/tips

Are you going to eventually transition him to a larger cage? Do you have to get him in and out yourself since it’s not on the ground?

I am planning on giving him an X-PEN/Dog pen, big enough so that cage can fit in it. I do have to take him in and out, I usually dont pick him up though, I lure him into a basket to carry him around.

One of my buns, Russ, was kept in a cage that size before he came to us. He was given to the RSPCA for being destructive, he hasn’t shown a destructive bone in his body since we’ve had him and wondered if it was down to being kept in a cage too small for him where he couldn’t do this..

              ..

Alfie would probably appreciate the xpen
