Nellie is usually such a good bun, but lately she just has not been herself. She’s been peeing a TINY bit on my bed, (not a big problem because it’s a tiny spot and I don’t even sleep in that room or use that mattress) moving her litter box around, throwing her litter out of the box, throwing her food bowl around and spilling it, and lunging at me when I reach in her cage to feed her. None of this has been a problem for the past 7 months that I’ve had her. Does anyone know what could be causing this behavior? She has an appointment for her spay in 3 weeks, maybe that will help?

Ah Puberty Bunny… Such sweet little darlings they become… Yes, the spay should help also don’t give in to the lunging. When I got Nermal back from her “Not so forever home” she was quite the Madam… I suspect that was more the reason they returned her than the excuse the kids were to busy with school. Nomnoms would lunge and box and stomp her front feet at me so I just ignore it and rubbed the sweet spot between her eyes… We met an accord and as long as Madam Nermal De Nomnoms got her nose scritches she behave until she was finally spayed.
