My unspayed rabbit has a yellow and a little set bottom.

Her eyes are healthy, all I have to do is shake a bag and she comes running ready to eat (so no loss of appetite), she runs around, seems very happy & loving.

I try and spoil her so I give her green (turnip greens or kale) an Apple slice and a couple thin slices of pepper daily.

She always has Timothy hay and she always seemed to drink more water than my fixed male. I have stick for her to chew on and a cat condo for her to dig in that I’ve been taking away because I don’t want her to ingest the carpetingin it.

I’m about to use a warm moiste cloth to try and wipe her bottom.

She should be around a year old. She’s had babies about 4 months ago.

She uses her litter box perfectly.

Should I be worried and go to the vet soon or keep a cautious eye on it?

It’s difficult to know to be honest.

Having a physical exam is always a good idea if she hasn’t had one recently.
