Pebbles and Flynn are both just over a year old and are getting spayed by a rabbit savvy vet on Wednesday. Can anyone please give me any pre and post op care advice?
They love to be together and practically sit on top of each other I don’t want to separate them after the op but I will if it’s better for them.

        Any advice will be appreciated

You don’t have to separate them – play it by ear – if they seem to have problems then separate them – I’ve never had problems with pairs having to be separated after surgeries or vet appt’s.

It’s smart that you’re doing both at the same time! Hopefully, they’ll be fine throughout their recovery.

Good luck with the spays! Hopefully they won’t need to be separated and can comfort each other afterwards.

No specific post-op advice except to keep them relatively confined and take away things that would encourage them to jump up and down. It’s perfectly normal for them to not eat much (or at all) for a bit, so don’t panic, but keep your vet in the loop. Have some critical care on hand in case you need to force feed once or twice until they feel like eating again.
