Ok as you all may know I’m new at this. My little boy spends a lot of his time grooming himself. He licks and bites. Is this ok? I read that bunnies are just very clean animals but how much is too much? He doesn’t stay at the same area he changes it up. Is he ok? He’s eating and drinking great.

Caitlyn C – 3 forums! You are worried, lol! I’m not laughing at you, but with you! I’d never guessed your a new bunny mum – just like us all when we got our new precious babies. Grooming himself – all ok! Less for you to do, ha hah…. Being a ‘new age’ boy, maybe he’s taking care with his appearance (unlike my Henry – he currently has morning hair (sticking up) on his FACE!). I’m so embarrassed for him! Lol….. The grooming is all good! Cheers Caitlyn,

          Next….. (Lol).

NO, don’t apologize! That’s how we know your a good bunny mum. Your a “great” bunny mum!!!!! Anything your not sure about – ask! I would tell you some of the silly questions I’ve asked, but I’m too embarrassed (& I hope everyone has forgotten?). Ha ha hah!
Can I ask you a question? Your bunny’s name????? I am literally dying to know, lol.

Fiona’s does the same. Initially. I would have thought I had a cat in a bunny costume. Constant grooming.. although she has a difficult time smoothing down her bangs and resembles Alfalfa.

I had to ask a few bunny friends the same thing.. had no idea bunnies primped to such a degree.

                  AndHenry,

I know this is AWFUL but I don’t know his name! I cannot for the life of me decide on one. I literally have about 30 written down and I’m being my usual self, very indecisive. I like Chino, Huey, Ace, etc etc etc haha. He’s just so damn handsome (pardon my french). I’m used to guinea pigs sort of hating my guts and not being as cute. I adopted the guinea pigs from craigslist. One was pretty nice the other hated being bothered. I thought long and hard about getting a bunny and finally decided to get him from a breeder because I know I can have control over his behavior towards me if that makes sense. He’s been so amazing! Already in love lmao.

Welp, sorry for the essay! Henry’s adorable by the way

Oh gosh Caitlyn – trust me, my Henry ‘knows’ he’s adorable ha ha hah! Yes, choosing names – soooo hard, but soooo much ‘fun’!
I adore all the names you suggested so far, good luck! And let us all know when you have decided – I can’t wait!!!!
I definitely get ‘falling in love with your rabbit’ – I’m in love with my bunny too! he he he…..
