You can feed them everyday. A daily fruit/veggie/green amount breaks down like this:

75% Leafy Greens (about 2 cups per 6lbs)
15% Non Leafy Greens (about 1 tablespoon per 2lbs)
          10% Fruits (1 teaspoon per 2lbs)

I used to give 1 tsp apple and 1 tbsp carrot daily based on the house rabbit society. But then my rabbit started to have soft poop issues so i cut down to once a week. I also heard from someone that you’re not supposed to feed fruits/non leafy veg more than 2-3 times a week

The info I posted above is from the HRS and I trust it’s accuracy as a general guide for “most rabbits”. Some rabbits are more sensitive than others so you have to modify any diet to suit their needs. This is true for all pets really.

If your rabbit can’t handle that amount of carrot and apple then feed less or try different fruits/veggies.

I once had a rabbit that could not tolerate anything sweet — so instead of carrots and fruit, I gave her herbs – the ones that typically come in small portions — like oregano, mint, rosemary.

Meadow gets some carrot everyday. She can handle it fine and she really enjoys it. I used to be more stingy about what they both got, but as she’s gotten older, I’ve learned what amount she can tolerate.

Alright so it is not necessary to feed veggies everyday unlike leafy greens which have to be fed everyday?
