        Hello everyone!!

I am a proud new mommy to Chloe. A 2 year old Flemish Giant (although we swear she must be mixed because she’s only 10 pounds). I previously had Moxie, a holland lop for 10 years, she passed in 2011. I got Moxie as a baby so we went through all of the growing pains together, but I forgot somethings and was looking for some advice.

First of all Chloe is such a GOOD girl! She was litter boxed trained when we got her and she was been doing awesome using it. However….I have a bed and a towel in pen because I thought she might like something to snuggle with. The problems is she’s peeing and pooping on it! I can’t remember if it’s just a marking it has hers kinda thing. Bedside those items she hasn’t gone outside her litter box and she runs around the house.

Should I remove the towel and bed? If I keep it there should I wash it every time she pees on it or should I leave it so it can smell like her?

        Thanks so much!!!!

Is she spayed? Unspayed bunnies feel more need to mark their stuff.

I had tried offering my bunny a pet bed and he thought it was a litterbox, so maybe she is just confused. Maybe try removing the bed and just offering her a fresh blanket and see if she still pees on it without the bed.

I would just take the bed and blanket away. I tried to give mine a small dog bed once and they just peed on it multiple times, and never sat on it.
