Our bunny is pretty much free-range.  She has full run of the living/dining room area, and the bathroom & kitchen (though she’s never gone in the last two rooms because she doesn’t like hard floors).  At night, she will dig and bite at our couch, low down on the back cushions.  How do we get her to stop this?  Covering the couch up deters her somewhat, but she eventually just moves the blankets and starts biting again.  I’ve heard that lemon juice/lemon oil can deter them because it tastes yucky to them, but won’t that fade my couch cushions?

Hmmmm. Not sure I can be much help with this, but I’ll try.

I don’t know if lemon juice will stain your cushions, but sometimes adding a bad taste to something doesn’t help with the chewing.

She is probably doing this because she’s bored, so you might consider a toy or another distraction? If you see her doing it in the day tell her firmly no and reward her for playing with her toys.
The only other thing I can think of would be blocking off the couch during the night so she can’t get to it.
Maybe someone else will have better tips for you

It’s a giant sectional, so, there’s no way to block it off without blocking her out of the living room, really. :/ And she never does it during the day. It’s strange! We keep buying her toys and things to chew on, but she doesn’t seem interested them. (we’ve never had a pet that fell in the realm of “normal,” so this doesn’t surprise me….)
